Description

Solera is produced by taking Cherry Point Vineyard's World Famous Blackberry Dessert Wine and gently applying the special Solera aging process, giving the wine significant time to age in barrels, making it elegant and smooth, combining delicate wood notes and rich mellow fruit. Solera ages quietly under the watchful eye of traditional First Nations Masks in a private room at the vineyard.
